OBS Newsletter September 2020

Dear friends,

We hope everyone is managing with a greater sense of ease as some social restrictions are now loosening. Daily routines can seem to wear down awareness, and yet I can hear the inner voice more clearly. There is a lot to be aware of these days, I agree and yet, a lot of habitual actions can seem unremarkable.

This quiet voice is here to help, I am okay with that. Going out the front door, I hear, did you bring your MASK? This inquiry now added to the pre-COVID reminder :do you have your keys? I’ve also observed the wisdom when she asked: why would you want to do that again? as I quietly walked away from a late night news screen.
